Bookings

Late cancellations and no-shows to appointment will be subject to a £50 charge or the loss of treatment session

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we ask that our clients do their best to give us 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a session.

Memberships

Memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 months. This means that members cannot cancel their membership before the end of the contract period without incurring a penalty fee of £250.

Attendance and Preparedness

 It is imperative that you arrive prepared for your scheduled appointment. Failure to appear adequately as discussed with the therapist will be considered a no show. This will incur a charge of £50 due to rescheduling.

Deposits

Deposits cannot be refunded after 30 days of making deposit payment. “The deposit is to secure your booking. This contributes towards your consultation or treatment however WILL NOT cover the full amount therefore you will be required to make remaining outstanding payment on day of your booking”.

Products

No exchange or returns on products unless item is defective or faulty, we ask that you return it to us within a week of purchase along with the receipt.

Any products recommended by us but purchased elsewhere we will have no responsibility over the product(s). and then another t and c to add: Medical history- It is your responsibility to update our clinic staff and your practitioner if anything in your medical history changes or if you are undergoing any new treatment or medication. As certain treatments, medications are contraindicated. Furthermore, if you are coming in to see our practitioner for blemish/skin tag or mole removal, you must have an assessment prior to coming to us via your GP or dermatologist, and only if they have stated it is safe to remove that we can proceed with treatment. It will be your responsibility to ensure you have seen your GP/dermatologist and have their approval prior to booking a consultation with us to avoid losing out on your consultation fee should we have to send you back for an appropriate referral from your GP or doctor.

Packages

Packages are non refundable and cannot be broken (changed for other treatments) or transferred. Packages must be completed within 18 months of purchase.

T&C

If you suffered from cold sores in the past you must let your practitioner know. Furthermore we cannot perform any treatment if there is an active cold sores present. Certain treatments may require an antiviral prescription prior to treatment. Please discuss in detail with our practitioners.

If you are offered a payment instalment, then this will be taken out on the agreed date (not on consecutive upcoming sessions).
